Preparation Instructions

Pan fry/BBQ Grill: 1. Pre heat a pan/BBQ to a medium heat 2. Cook sausages for 8-10 minutes turning frequently until fully cooked. Oven: 1. Pre heat oven to 180°C fan forced (190°C conventional). Place sausages in a single layer on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. cook for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked.
